Al manipulates Steve, and he does it with the most terrifying weapon in his arsenal. Steve has gotten comfortable on the Bundy couch, so Al pulls out a reminder of what real family life looks like.

This clip comes from Married with Children Season 2 Episode 10, "The Razor's Edge." Steve refuses to shave his beard, Marcy refuses to have sex with him, and Steve moves in with Al and Peggy. Since Steve cooks and cleans, Al does not want him to leave. Peg gets jealous and wants him gone, so Al and Peg start manipulating Steve and Marcy, eventually bringing them back together.

The Bundys and their neighbors are one of the great sitcom matchups, and this scene shows why. Every exchange over the property line is a little war, and nobody ever really wins.
