These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BundyClub.com, its websites, mobile applications, live Zoom watch parties, recordings, forums, member areas, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by BundyClub.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Accounts You must create and maintain an account to access certain features. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

3. Memberships and Payments Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the regular rate until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• New members are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial payment if you are not satisfied.
• After 30 days, cancellations will be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of the current billing period at our discretion. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated above or where required by applicable law.

4. User Content You may upload, post, submit, or transmit photos, videos, comments, messages, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant BundyClub.com a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with the Service, including recorded watch parties and promotional materials.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

5. Recorded Live Events We frequently record live Zoom watch parties and make those recordings available to members. By participating in any live event, you expressly consent to being recorded (audio and video) and to the recording being stored, distributed, and made available to other members.

6. Intellectual Property All content, design, logos, trademarks, service marks, and materials on the Service (except your User Content) are the exclusive property of BundyClub.com or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any such material without our prior written consent.

BundyClub.com and its owners are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the television show Married with Children, Fox Broadcasting, Sony Pictures, or any of their affiliates. All show-related trademarks and characters remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other members
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or infringing
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
• Attempt to circumvent security features or interfere with the Service
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms

8. Third-Party Services The Service uses third-party platforms including Zoom and payment processors. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of these third-party services.

9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and you remain responsible for any unpaid fees.

10. Disclaimers The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, BundyClub.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BundyClub.com and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
