Do your homework.
Traci Lords joins the Bundy Breakdown live on Zoom this Thursday, October 1st at 6 PM Pacific! We are breaking down her two classic Married with Children guest appearances: “Tooth or Consequences” (Season 4, Episode 4) and “Al Bundy, Shoe Dick” (Season 6, Episode 11). Do not miss this one.
Steve Rhoades returns to reclaim Marcy and finds she has remarried, which puts both her husbands in the same room. He is also on the run from the police, so the Bundys have to decide whether friendship beats the reward money.
Al takes a night job cleaning a private investigator’s office and, when a client walks in, declines to correct her. The episode’s ending reveals that the entire opening stretch of season six was Al’s dream — the series’ largest single retcon.
Buck loses his appetite and the whole family devotes itself to the dog, which leaves a pregnant Peggy ignored enough to move back in with the Wankers. It is the last episode to show Peggy pregnant, and the reasons behind that were real.
Peggy is pregnant and the household has instituted formal baby meetings, which is where “Hail baby!” comes from. It is also the first appearance of Grandmaster B, and the last appearance of Al’s friend Norris after six seasons.
