Pauly Shore Brings the Whoosh to our 7th Bundy Breakdown Zoom Watch Party
July 21, 2026
You Didn’t Make the Sound, Bundy!
Pauly Shore, the one and only Weasel himself, joined David Faustino, Darren Blatt, Brian, and a packed virtual room of hardcore Bundy fans for our latest Bundy Breakdown Zoom Watch Party. From the first “whoosh” to the final stories, it was pure 90s gold mixed with the kind of behind-the-scenes chaos that only happens when the people who actually lived it are in the room.
We focused on Pauly’s classic guest spot in Season 3, Episode 14, “A Three Job, No Income Family.” That is the one where the Bundys are broke, Peggy starts selling Patty Bright Cosmetics and thinks she is out-earning Al, and Al secretly takes a second job at Burger Trek under a teenage manager known only as the Captain. Spoiler: the Captain is Pauly Shore, and he will not stop until Al makes the proper whoosh sound when the burger goes out the window.
A Deeper Dive into “A Three Job, No Income Family”
This episode is peak early Married with Children cruelty wrapped in fast-food absurdity, and it holds up ridiculously well. The Bundys are once again broke. Peggy decides Al needs a second job and then promptly gets one of her own selling Patty Bright Cosmetics door to door. Almost immediately she starts bringing home big commission checks and strutting around like she is the new breadwinner. Al is humiliated. His pride cannot take it. So he secretly lands a second job at the local Burger Trek, a clearly McDonald’s-adjacent fast-food joint where the manager is a cocky teenager known only as the Captain.
