The Bundys go out to eat! It is a rare night out for a family that usually cannot find food in its own kitchen, and this Short shows just how excited they are about it.

This clip comes from Married with Children Season 3 Episode 11, "Eatin' Out." The Bundys go out to a fancy restaurant to spend a windfall: an inheritance check for $237 from a late uncle of Peggy's.

Nothing brings out the Bundy spirit like the chance to get something for nothing, and this moment is a perfect example of the family's talent for turning opportunity into chaos.

This is the show doing what it did best: taking an everyday situation and pushing it until it becomes completely absurd. It is a perfect example of the show's fearless sense of humor, and it holds up just as well today.
