Marcy wants to get their driveways fixed, but Al thinks it is a scam. Al never trusts anything Marcy suggests, and their back and forth over the driveway is next door warfare at its finest.

This clip comes from Married with Children Season 1 Episode 11, "Nightmare on Al's Street." It begins with a heated argument about gender roles. Before long Marcy is having steamy dreams starring Al, and she is left wondering what her feelings really are.

The Bundys and their neighbors are one of the great sitcom matchups, and this scene shows why. Every exchange over the property line is a little war, and nobody ever really wins.

It is a perfect example of the show's fearless sense of humor, and it holds up just as well today. Scenes like this are what made the Bundys one of television's most memorable families.
