Al is attempting to bring the family closer, and Bud is attempting to pick up girls on the beach. Guess which plan goes better? Neither, of course. Bud's confidence is sky high and his results are, as always, a different story.

This clip comes from Married with Children Season 3 Episode 21, "Life's a Beach." The Bundys spend a family day at the beach, and in true Bundy style, nothing goes the way anyone planned.

Taking the Bundys out of the house never improves anything. It just gives them new places to argue, and this outing is a perfect example.

It is a perfect example of the show's fearless sense of humor, and it holds up just as well today. Scenes like this are what made the Bundys one of television's most memorable families.
