Bud crosses the line with Marcy, much to Kelly's amusement. Kelly gets a front row seat to her brother's most daring move yet, and she enjoys every second of it.

This clip comes from Married with Children Season 4 Episode 16, "You Gotta Know When to Hold 'Em: Part 1." Marcy is staying at the Bundy house after Steve leaves her to chase his dream of becoming a forest ranger. Peg decides to take Marcy to Las Vegas to cheer her up, but first she sells Al's TV and maxes out his credit cards to pay for the trip.

Bud always thinks this is finally his moment, and that eternal optimism is what makes his romantic adventures so much fun to watch.

This is the show doing what it did best: taking an everyday situation and pushing it until it becomes completely absurd.
