Representatives from Dodge pay Al a visit with a surprising proposal about his beloved car. Al's Dodge is practically a member of the family, so any offer involving it is serious business.

This clip comes from Married with Children Season 8 Episode 18, "Get Outta Dodge." Bud sends Kelly on a wild goose chase to find Waldo so he can have the house to himself with a wayward blonde. Meanwhile, with nearly 1,000,000 miles on the family car, Al gets an incredible offer from Dodge for a brand new Viper.

The Dodge has carried the Bundys through thick and thin, mostly thin, and that is why fans love every scene it shows up in.

Moments like this are why Married with Children is still quoted today. The writing is sharp, the timing is perfect and the Bundys never try to be anything other than themselves.
