Al loses his proof of aliens, and not even the dog will stand up for him. Al has finally found something that could make him famous, and it slips away in the most Bundy way possible.

This clip comes from Married with Children Season 5 Episode 7, "Married... With Aliens." Al takes a bump on the head at work, and soon he is convinced six little green aliens are swiping his smelly socks to power their spaceships.

It is a perfect example of the show's fearless sense of humor, and it holds up just as well today.

Scenes like this are what made the Bundys one of television's most memorable families. Moments like this are why Married with Children is still quoted today. The writing is sharp, the timing is perfect and the Bundys never try to be anything other than themselves.
